How the Leg Rotation in Yoga Poses Affects The Hip Movement

This is builds on to my last newsletter. If you missed it, click here to catch up. In this video you'll see how the femur bone rotating in the hip socket causes the hip to move. This is because the legs are the main facilitators of movement for the pelvis. This video demonstrates how the foot pointing one way or the other most likely indicates which way your corresponding hip, either elevating or dropping, has moved out of neutral.
