Explore Commonly Mis-used Yoga Cues

Rediscover Commonly Mis-used Yoga Cues through the Lens of Anatomy

Celebrating change takes courage! The past cycle of seasons has held many unanticipated changes, some painful, some scary, and some invigorating. The summer solstice offers an opportunity to slow down, feel the sun and its warmth, and breathe deeply.

As a yoga educator I am gifted a view of practice that goes beyond my own experience on the mat. As such, I’ve become passionate about furthering understanding of anatomically honoring movement which unlocks growth and feels good. This is why I have created “Align Your Cues’ an e-booklet with visuals to share with all of you.

As we seek to shift into this new season with solid grounding. I invite you to journey through a rediscovery and re-framing of commonly used cues; centered on Tadasana principles and unique individual anatomical realities.

In a world that only seems to spin faster; my intention is to provide content that inspires while empowering growth, well-being, and grace.

May a lightness of being and the magic of movement be reignited for you!
